Dear Mr. McKnight,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to provide an update regarding the property at 375 Lopas St., as previously discussed. I have been in regular communication with Stuart Boerst from McMahon regarding the environmental concerns related to the property.
At this time, I regret to inform you that there have been no recent changes in the status of the property. As we mentioned earlier, Stuart Boerst expressed their willingness to conduct hand sampling on the site when they have availability in the future. However, their current workload is quite substantial, and they are unable to take on the sampling process at the moment. I have requested that Mr. Boerst kindly keep me informed about any future availability for the sampling.
I want to reiterate that I have no intentions of selling the property, and I am committed to addressing the environmental concerns associated with it. We will continue our efforts to find an adequate time for the sampling to proceed as soon as feasible.
As a reminder, this issue dates back 25 years, and at the time of purchase, I was unaware of any environmental concerns associated with the property. It is unfortunate that this responsibility now rests on my shoulders; nevertheless, I am determined to do the right thing and ensure the property's environmental integrity.
I appreciate your understanding and support throughout this process. If there are any updates or further guidance from the DNR, please do not hesitate to inform me. Your expertise and assistance have been invaluable, and I am grateful for your continued cooperation.
