During this period, WDNR comments were received on January 20, 2023 regarding review of the Surface Soil Investigation Report submitted on November 9, 2022. Because WDNR requested additional investigation, a work plan amendment was prepared for vertical soil sampling and surface water sampling. Work Plan Amendment #1 was submitted on March 20, 2023, and the WDNR approved on April 14, 2023. Site investigation activities are planned in July 2023, and the investigation results are anticipated to be reported during the next period.
