During the January 1 to June 30, 2023 reporting period, BNSF continued to coordinate with WDNR, the City of Superior, and project contractors (EA and WLDDI) regarding the Pickle Pond restoration project, including participating in a project conference call on March 28, 2023, and finalizing Environmental Right of Entry Agreements with WDNR, the City of Superior, EA, and WLDDI. BNSF also continued to coordinate with WDNR and the City of Superior to finalize agreements related to the transfer of certain BNSF-owned property adjacent and proximate to Pickle Pond to the City.
