Site redevelopment activities (removal of historical concrete floor slabs) are scheduled for January 23, 2024, through March 1, 2024. The supplemental site investigation activities (groundwater monitoring well installation with per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances and 1,4-dioxane groundwater sampling) will occur after the new site construction grading activities (estimated for July 2024). Note that the environmental investigation schedule is determined by the site developer's construction schedule. Ramboll anticipates the submittal of the Supplemental Site Investigation and Remedial Action Options Report (including the groundwater sampling data) in September 2024. Sub-slab soil vapor sampling will be scheduled after the first phase of the new building construction, i.e., the two southern-most buildings (estimated for October 2025).
