To whom it may concern,
I trust this message finds you well. I am reaching out to provide an update on Site 375 Lopas St., as previously mentioned at the midpoint of the year. Unfortunately, there are no new developments to report at this time.
I have been working closely with Stuart Boerst, who is familiar with the site. However, it is important to note that, regrettably, this project is relatively small in comparison to Stuart and McMahon's expertise level and current workload. As a result, it is not currently at the top of the priority list.
I want to express my sincere regret and acknowledgment that this situation has weighed heavily on me. I am genuinely puzzled as to how this matter slipped through the cracks during the property purchase. If I had been aware of it initially, I would not have proceeded with the acquisition.
Rest assured, I am doing everything in my power to expedite the resolution process. I am actively working towards a point where McMahon can conduct the necessary sampling. In the interim, I commit to providing regular updates on the progress.
