The following letters/reports were submitted to the WDNR during the reporting period:
1. Site Use Map and Use Restrictions for October 2023 to October 2024 Period letter to the site landowner dated October 25, 2023,
2. Firefighting Location Map for October 2023 to October 2024 Period letter to the City of Washburn Fire Department dated October 25, 2023,
3. Derivation of Site-Specific Soil Residual Contaminant Levels report dated November 17, 2023,
4. Background Soil Screening Criteria Memo dated December 5, 2023,
5. Interim Remedial Action Plan dated December 5, 2023,
6. Clubhouse Groundwater Sample Results and Carbon Cylinder Replacement letter to the site landowner dated December 6, 2023.
A public update that included a summary of work completed in 2023 and plans for 2024 was emailed to the WDNR on December 20, 2023. Following WDNR review, the public update was mailed to the WDNR and surrounding property owners on December 26, 2023.
