This facility-wide site incorporates eligible petroleum release response activities at the Enbridge Superior Terminal under a single BRRTs number using an ongoing hydrogeologic performance standard with continuing obligations (COs).
Annual groundwater monitoring is part of the hydrogeologic performance standard. The 2023 annual groundwater monitoring report was submitted to WDNR in August 2023. Annual groundwater monitoring will be completed again in the spring of 2024.
A facility-wide CO modification request was submitted to the WDNR in December 2023 and included one existing site update and the addition of a closed BRRTS site to the cumulative site tracking table and figure.
