A Semi-Annual Progress Report (January 1-June 30, 2023) was submitted to the WDNR on August 3, 2023, with a technical review fee. The WDNR provided their comments in a letter dated September 26, 2023. Responses to WDNRâs comments were provided in a letter dated October 30, 2023. A routine semi-annual groundwater sampling event was completed in October 2023 with the results being provided to the WDNR in a data transmittal letter dated November 29, 2023. The sampling results will be formally documented in a Semi-Annual Progress Report that is anticipated to be submitted to the WDNR during the first quarter of 2023.
