- The facility submitted the Site Investigation Summary Report (SISR) to the WDNR on November 17, 2023. This report covered the groundwater monitoring event that was completed the week of August 7, 2023, specifically on August 9 and 10, 2023. The sampling was completed in general accordance with the WDNR approved work plan, 2022 PFAS Site Investigation Work Plan, January 26, 2022. The SISR submitted on November 17, 2023 summarized the results of the 2023 Q3 groundwater PFAS sampling and included a summary of the field activities and groundwater analytical results. The report also proposed another round of sampling to be completed in Q3 2024.
- The results to the sampling completed on August 9 and 10, 2023 were submitted to the WDNR on September 22, 2023.
