In addition to the above submittals, Beazer continued to work with USEPA Great Lakes National Program Office and WDNR on the Great Lakes Legacy Act Focused Feasibility Study project during this reporting period, including participating in virtual meetings with WDNR on October 31, November 14 and December 8, 2023, and an in-person meeting with WDNR in Eau Claire on December 18, 2023.
