Currently in the site investigation phase for BRRTS Numbers 02-41-589088 (historic fill) and 02-41-594228 (historic buildings - oil-sheens). Site redevelopment (nine historic buildings were razed) began in January 2024. A site investigation work plan with DNR review fee for the historic fill investigation was submitted to the agency on April 16, 2024 (with agency response on June 17, 2024), and a site investigation work plan with DNR review fee for the oil-sheens discovered during the site razing activities was sent to the agency on June 4. 2024 (agency response pending). Currently waiting for new site grade to be completed (estimated August 2024) to begin the additional site investigation activities.
