This facility-wide site incorporates eligible petroleum release response activities at the Enbridge Superior Terminal under a single BRRTs number using an ongoing hydrogeologic performance standard with continuing obligations (COs).
Annual groundwater monitoring is part of the hydrogeologic performance standard. The 2024 annual groundwater monitoring was completed in May 2024 and the annual monitoring report will be submitted to WDNR in summer 2024. The next annual groundwater monitoring event will be completed in the spring of 2025.
