| Comments: | An NR 716 Site Investigation Report (SIR) Addendum was submitted to the WDNR on January 11, 2024. The WDNR documented their review of the SIR Addendum in a May 1, 2024, letter in which additional investigation work was requested to complete the site investigation. On June 12, 2024, the WDNR approved an extension request for submittal of a supplemental work plan. The supplemental work plan and a response to WDNR comment letter will be submitted to the WDNR in August 2024. |
