WDNR comments on the SIR submitted 10/3/23 remain pending. A SIWP detailing additional groundwater delineation and surface water sampling was submitted on 4/12/24 and approved on 4/30/24. The SIWP included the additional groundwater analytical results that were referenced as pending in the previous update. The approved subsurface investigation activities were performed 5/6/24 through 5/23/24. Groundwater and surface water sampling activities were performed 5/22 through 5/24/24. Analytical results are pending and will be submitted to WDNR following their receipt.
