A technical assistance call between Ramboll and WDNR was held on August 28, 2024 to discuss the site status and possible future site activities. New legal representatives for the responsible party were established in an email to WDNR dated September 18, 2024. An NR 716 Site Investigation Work Plan (SIWP) was submitted in November 2024. Site investigation activities planned for Fall 2024 have been postponed to the first quarter of 2025 pending a signed access agreement with the property owner.
