| Comments: | Several notices of VI assessment results were provided to property owners throughout the reporting period, and a Temporary Exemption Request for Pilot-Scale Remedial Action was submitted to the WDNR on March 11, 2015. The Exemption was approved by the WDNR in an April 22, 2015 letter. Investigative field work described in the April 4, 2014 Work Plan was implemented, the ERD pilot test was begun, and additional VI assessment was conducted during the reporting period. |
