Annual Remediation Progress Report, September 17, 2015
In November 2015, a sub-slab vapor monitoring point was installed in the basement of the adjacent dentist's office and sampled, and a sub-slab depressurization system (SSDS) was constructed in the basement of the Royal Cleaners building.
A change order is currently being prepared to collect one additional sample from the dentist's sub-slab vapor monitoring point in January or February 2016. With favorable results, a closure request will be prepared.
