No activity has taken place. The potential vapor issues within the building has slowed the progress towards remediating the site and making it saleable and useable. Have had a hard time obtaining the information from the WDNR concerning the likelyhood of using the existing structure and if the structure needs to be torn down what funding is available for razing the building. County acquired this property via tax foreclosure and would like to move forward with the remediation of the site but vapor regs seam to be the big issue that needs to be addressed since these regs either make the structure useable or unusable.
