Client is currently negotiating with adjacent property owner to replace distressed asphaltic concrete to be utilized as an impermeable cap over residual chlorinated solvent impacted soil/groundwater. Subsequent to the placement of the impermeable cap on the adjacent property, a Case Closure - GIS Registry form will be submitted for site closure. Placement of the site on the GIS registry for soil and groundwater is anticipated as a condition of closure. Maintenance of an impermable cap on a portion of the subject property as well as the adjacent properties will be a continuing obligation for site closure.
