Submitted Request for Approval of Change Order #1 (dated 3-21-16) to DNR.
Installed and developed 3 additional monitoring wells (MW-5,6,7) and installed and sampled 4 sub-slab vapor points (VP-3,4,5,6) on 3-30-16. Sampled the 7 monitoring wells the following day.
Submitted Request for Approval of Change Order #2 (dated 5-26-16) to DNR.
Installed and developed 2 additional monitoring wells (MW-8 and 9), installed 2 additional sub-slab vapor points (VP-7,8) and sampled 4 monitoring wells on 6-2-16. Sampled the 6 sub-slab vapor points and remaining 5 monitoring wells the following day.
