A Vapor Mitigation System was installed in December 2015. Performance monitoring occurred during December 2015, February 2016, and April 2016. Interim Action Plan - Step 2, Vapor Intrusion Mitigation Implementation summary letter was provided to the DNR on May 24, 2016 that summarized system installation and performance monitoring. The letter included a System Operation & Maintenance Plan and steps toward site closure. A DERF reimbursement claim was mailed on June 24, 2016. Approval of both are pending.
