Activities performed during first half of 2014:
1. Quarterly groundwater monitoring of 5 on-site wells;
2. Pursued access from off-site property owners for vapor intrusion assessments and soil/groundwater sampling; and
3. Data evaluation and conceptual site model development.
Activities planned for upcoming 6-month period:
1. Complete on-site and off-site vapor intrusion assessments;
2. Install temp wells and collect samples to determine the extent of dissolved phase impacts;
3. Utility corridor evaluation and soil gas sampling; and
4. Quarterly groundwater monitoring.
