Periodic field observations were conducted to check for visible presence of permanganate following ISCO injections. No actual sampling was conducted when permanganate was observed because past data has confirmed VOCs are not present when permanganate is present. Prior observations indicated permanganate has flushed through the system, therefore routine post-injection monitoring has resumed. The most recent data collected in 2015 indicated supplemental ISCO injection is warranted. Arcadis submitted a proposal to the RP in June 2016 to conduct a supplemental permanganate injection. Client approval is pending. A summary data report will be submitted to WDNR following client approval of the supplemental injection proposal.
