During the reporting period, Fox Valley Steel and Wire Company:
- performed additional on-site Phase II ESA activities
- Submitted an Off Site notification letter to the adjoining property owners to the north
- Provided DNR with a response to the Notice of Noncompliance letter April 8th with amended analytical data tables and statement of property ownership
- Prepared a draft Investigation Report. The Investigation Report is being revised to include Phase II ESA activities and is expected to be submitted to WDNR for review early in this next reporting period.
Please note that the property owner and responsible party for this site is FV Steel and Wire Company.
