Ship by County Truck Only the counties shown in the selection drop box have delivery service. Shipments will be made to a central location. You will be notified by the local DNR Forester where and when to pick up your trees. There may be a small charge to cover the cost of this service.

As an applicant, you agree to the following:

Not to sell this stock; I'm aware that violation of this clause is punishable by a forfeiture of not more than $100.00 as provided in s. 28.06, Wis. Stats.
That this stock will not be used for decorative, ornamental, landscaping purposes or Christmas trees and I am aware that violation of this clause is punishable by a forfeiture of not more than $500.00 as provided in s. 28.06, Wis. Stats.
Not to harvest or remove trees after planting until they are large enough to be sold or utilized as cut merchantable forest products, or as an approved precommercial thinning. No trees may be removed from a plantation with roots attached for resale.
To protect the area planted from fire and grazing.
That a claim for adjustment regarding shortages or quality of stock must be made within ten days of delivery with the local DNR forester.
That cancellation of an order after March 1 will be at the discretion of the seller.
That I am responsible for payment at the rates established by the department.
To comply with all the rules and statutes applicable to the obtaining, use, and disposition of this forestry stock.
