Sawyer County is sponsoring a three-year countywide AIS project to conduct AIS education and monitoring activities in Sawyer County.
Specific project activities include: 1) CBCW & CLMN AIS monitoring trainings; 2) AIS boat landing signs inventory & installation; 3) AIS monitoring; 4) Purple loosestrife bio-control; 5) AIS outreach & education; 6) Develop AIS control and rapid response plans.
