FRIENDS OF FINGER LAKES INC.: Finger Lake Stewardship Program - AIS
The Friends of Finger Lake Association is sponsoring an Aquatic Invasive Species Education, Prevention & Planning grant to study Finger Lake, in Vilas County. The project will focus on AIS monitoring, lake education and developing a Lake Management Plan (LMP).
Project activities include: 1) AIS training and monitoring; 2) Lake education floating workshop; 3) Develop LMP.
Project deliverables include: 1) AIS data and mapping; 2) LMP.
Specific conditions for this project: Draft of LMP needs Dept review and approval.
WDNR Lakes Management Coordinator will be provided with an electronic (pdf or word) copy of LMP and all data, maps and GIS from the project.
