SPOONER LAKE DISTRICT: Spooner Lake Curly Leaf Pond Weed Control, 2008-2012
The Spooner Lake Protection & Rehabilitation District is sponsoring a project to implement approved activities from the Spooner Lake Aquatic Plant Management Plan. Approved activities include chemically treating curlyleaf pondweed in a limited number of high-density areas, pre- and post-treatment aquatic plant surveys, dissolved oxygen and temperature monitoring, a Clean Boats Clean Waters program, and annual reporting.
