Project Scope and Description of Deliverables

North and South Twin Lake Protection and Rehab District will sponsor an ACEI grant on N and S Twin lakes to be completed by December 2022. The project will focus on controlling EWM.

Project final deliverables include:

1) Provide all spatial data prior to implementation

2) Point Intercept and EWM Mapping Surveys

3) Annual AIS monitoring and control strategy reports

4) Herbicide concentration results

5) Final report including data, AIS mgmt. and future mgmt.

Specific project activities include:

6) Hand-harvesting (includes DASH) on Twin lakes in 2022

7) ProcellaCOR on Twin lakes 2022

8) Conduct Sub PI to monitor herbicide treatments

9) Conduct Planning Committee Teleconference

10) Create annual report with results

Special Conditions:

Final Reports need to be reviewed and approved. WDNR Lakes Management Coordinator will be provided with an electronic (pdf or word) copy of annual reports, final reports, survey data and all maps and GIS prior to submission of grantee\2019s final payment request.
