PELICAN LAKE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOC INC: Pelican Lake EWM EDR Project

Pelican Lake Property Owners Association, Inc. is sponsoring an AIRR project which will focus on surveying and mapping all EWM and managing up to 15 acres of EWM in Pelican Lake for 1 year.

Project activities include: 1) Conduct pre/post treatment and peak-biomass surveys; 2) Control EWM through a chemical treatment and hand removal; 3) Develop letter report.

Project deliverables include: 1) Aquatic plant survey data and maps; 2) Letter report describing the findings of the pre/post treatment and peak-biomass surveys and guidance for continued control actions.

Specific conditions for this project: Letter report needs Dept review and approval.

WDNR Lakes Management Coordinator will be provided with an electronic (pdf or word) copy of letter report, all maps, and all aquatic plant and GIS data.
