HORSESHOE LAKE IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION: AIS Horseshoe Lake Improvement Assoc.
The Horseshoe Lake Improvement Association in partnership with Echo Lake Association and the Towns of Beaver and Almena is sponsoring a two-year project on Horseshoe and Echo Lakes, Barron and Polk Counties, to do the following activities: public education, in particular riparians; watercraft inspection (approximately 650 inspection hours in 2006); AIS monitoring; signage construction at boat landings.
