JEFFERSON CO. PARKS DEPT.: ACQ-Blackhawk Island Acquisition - Gordon, Keller, Zunker Prop.
Jefferson County will acquire the Gordon (Wilson) property, Keller property, and the Zunker property for lake protection purposes. The preservation of these parcels are for open space and passive recreation use. Eligible costs include acquisition of the parce, appraisal fee, and preparation of an environmental assessment.
