BIG MUSKEGO/BASS BAY P & R DISTRICT: Big Muskego Lake Hydraulic Drawdown Planning

Review and analysis of the hydraulic drawdown of Big Muskego Lake in order to safely and effectively dewater the basin in a timely and predictable manner. Determine the coordination of the water elevations, flow rates, and timing for Big Muskego Lake and the three other dams in the watershed. Formulation of a detailed plan for the drawdown of Big Muskego Lake, incorporating all of the variables that may impact the drawdown. Development of design specifications and completion of permit applications for landowner projects. Information will be disseminated to the public by public meetings, summary report mailings and a comprehensive management plan.
