HALF MOON LAKE INLAND LAKE P & R DISTRICT: Half Moon Lake Management Plan
Half Moon Inland Lake Protectin & Rehabilitation District proposes to characterize sources of problems that affect the water quality. Activities include: characterize existing water quality conditions by sampling nutrients; evaluate the aquatic plant survey conducted by a prior consultant and conduct a follow-up survey in 1994; determine a water budget; perform a watershed analysis, determine a pollutant budget and develop a phosphorus model; develop a lake management plan; establish an information and education program. Information will be disseminated to the public by newsletter, fact sheets and public meetings. Project results will be reposited at Half Moon Inland Lake Pro. & Reh. District, Town of Bradley Hall, Tomahawk Public Library, Tomahawk High School Library.
