BIG MUSKEGO/BASS BAY P & R DISTRICT: Big Muskego Lake Water Qual Monitor & Nonpoint Pollut Assmt

Continuation of USGS monitoring program (begun in 1989) through 1994. Expansion of the information to detail water quality conditions and determine sources of nonpoint pollution. Results will be used for educational efforts and to adopt a plan for waterquality improvement. An annual progress report is to be submitted at the end of each year of monitoring. Project must include an assessment of opportunities for future public access. Included in the project is a formal presentation to the public and preparation of a final report. Information will be distributed to the public by public meetings and local newspaper articles. Project results will be reposited at Muskego Library/City Hall.
