CITY OF PORTAGE: Silver Lake Management Planning
1) Provide baseline chemical and physical data on the lake. 2) Conduct an aquatic macrophyte survey. 3) Prepare an aquatic macrophyte management plan. 4) Determine trophic classification. 5) Prepare a lake management plan. 6) Prepare a final report which include the tasks listed above. 7) The grantee will disseminate information to the public by newsletter mailings, entire report mailings, public meetings, summary report mailings, and a comprehensive management plan.
