SHEBOYGAN COUNTY: Jetzers Lake Management Planning
Conduct water quality and water level monitoring. Conduct a watershed inventory which will include delineation of watershed boundaries, soils, slopes, vegetation and environmentally sensitive lands. Calculate sediment and phosphorus loading to the lake from delineated land use areas. Conduct a hydrologic/hydraulic analysis for the lake and Fishers Creek. Prepare a nutrient budget for the lake. Information will ne disseminated to the public by newsletter, local newspaper articles, public meetings and report mailings. Project results will be reposited at Sheboygan County, Town of Herman and local library.
