CHETEK LAKES PROTECTION ASSOCIATION: Chetek Lakes Water Quality Monitoring
The Chetek Lakes Protection Association proposes to investigate the current water quality of the Chetek Chain of Lakes (Chetek, Mud, Pokegama, Prairie, Ten Mile Lakes). Project activities include 1) collecting and analyzing lake water quality samples, tributary stream samples, outlet stream samples, 2) monitoring lake levels and precipitation, and 3) conducting a lake management opinion survey. A final report of the project's results will be prepared.
