Continue the planning assistance to watershed owners to implement conservation plans of Phase II and recommendations of Phase I planning with emphasis in meandered stream restoration. Continue to address reduction of nutrients entering Lake Mason through planning assistance for the creation of a shoreline buffer zone and the restoration of Big Spring Millpond in the watershed as described in the application.
