TOWN OF HUBBARD: Sinissippi Lake WS Loading W. Branch
The Town of Hubbard proposes to study and analyze water quality and sediment loads that are going into Lake Sinissippi. This is phase one of a four phase project and will look specifically at the West Branch of the Rock River. This project will cover the following: 1) install and operate gauging stations, 2) collect water samples and analyze for suspended solids and phosphorous, 3) compute daily and annual phosphorous loads. All four parts of this project need to be complete to get full final results. The Department of Natural Resources will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. The project results will be disseminated to the public by news letter(s), summary report, fact sheet and entire report mailings, public meeting(s) and local newspaper articles.
