FOX LAKE INLAND LAKE P & R DISTRICT: Fox Lake Land Use and Wastewater Ordinance Development
Fox Lake Inland Protection and Management District proposes two ordinance development projects on Fox Lake. Fox Lake District is proposing both a wastewater and lake use ordinances be developed. The following list of activities is included in this project;1) redefine Lake districts authority to better perform it's responsibilities, 2) include complete citizen education about wastewater ordinance, 3) develope lake use zoning plan, 4) with zoning plan highlight habitat protection of sensitive areas.
