GREEN LAKE SANITARY DISTRICT: Big Green Lake Water Quality Plan Phase 1

Green Lake Sanitary District proposes to do the following Water Quality Planning activities on Big Green Lake: 1) Develop a database for hydrologic and phosphorous budget of the tributary and lake monitoring activities on Big Green Lake which includes chlorophyll A. 2) Operate, maintain and publish stage, flow and load data at stage-discharge station at Green Lake Outlet (2nd year, 1998). The Department of Natural Resources will be provided with a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. Information about the project will be disseminated to the public by newsletter and summary report mailings, public meeting(s), local newspaper article(s), and a Comprehensive Management Plan.
