LAKE PUCKAWAY PROTECTION & REHAB DISTRICT: Lake Puckaway Goal Development & Lake Monitoring Pproject

The Lake Puckaway Protection & Rehab District proposes to conduct a comprehensive lake and water level management plan for their lake. The project's deliverables are to gather, analyze and summarize historical lake water quality/level data; monitor current water quality; establish water level monitoring sites and begin data collection; disseminate historical data, shallow lake ecology information, management alternatives and current status and challenges; identify user expectations and management potential to arrive at consensus on major goals, issues and priorities. A published summary report including management recommendations will be disseminated to property owners, user groups, local, state and federal officials and the general public.
