PHANTOM LAKE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT: Upper & Lower Phantom Lakes Planning Program

This is Phase II of a comprehensive planning program for Upper and Lower Phantom Lakes. This proposal complements and completes the planning program initiated during 2000 with Phase I. Phase II activities will develop, analyze, and identify feasible alternative management measures for the Lakes.
