SAUK COUNTY: White Mound Lake Rehabilitation Planning
Conduct water quality monitoring of lake . Conduct a macrophyte survey of lake. Prepare a watershed map which shows land uses. Develop a nutrient budget for lake. Investigate point and non-point pollution source in watershed and develop management recommendations. Prepare a long range lake rehabilitation plan. Prepare a final report that includes the results of tasks listed above. Information will be disseminated to the public by newsletter, local newspaper articles and public meetings. Project results will be reposited at Sauk County Parks and Recreation Department.
