WIND LAKE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT: Wind Lake Plan Reassessment

Project will look at data collected since the last Wind Lake Management Report done in 1991. The updated report will contain the following: 1) Water quality data 2) A general aquatic plant inventory will be conducted and mapped 3) Recreational use surveys will be conducted and reported 4) Shoreline condition survey/map 5) Review of problems 6) Discussion of management alternatives (harvesting, etc.) Project deliverable will be the completed report containing the above elements. SEWRPC report. The DNR will be provided with both a hard copy and an electronic copy of the final report. Information will be disseminated to the public as described in the grant application.
