SILVER LAKE P & R DISTRICT: Silver Lake Management Planning
Identify citizen concerns and lake usage by a questionnaire survey of lake residents. Conduct water chemistry analysis, an aquatic plant survey, groundwater quality analysis and an inventory of sediment type and distribution. Assess lake usage and land usage and develop a lake management plan based on the information obtained in tasks listed above. The grantee will disseminate information to the public by newsletter, fact sheets, entire report mailings, and public meetings. Project results will be reposited at the Town of West Bend Town Hall and the West Bend Public Library.
