LITTLE GREEN LAKE PROTECTION & REHAB. DIST.: Little Green Lake Phosphorous Load Study
The Little Green Lake proposal is for the development of a limited phosphorous budget. These activities will develop the final product which is a P budget report that will quantify P loads from external and internal sources: 1) Review existing lake and watershed data, including discharge data from outlet, 2) Determine watershed P loading using existing watershed inventory data as input into a nutrient delivery model agreed to jointly by DNR and Sponsor, and 3) Apply a lake model to estimate the relative importance of external vs internal loading and lake response to P loading reductions.
