SPIRIT RESERVOIR ASSOCIATION: Spirit Reservoir Water Quality Assessment, Phase 2
The Spirit Reservoir Association, in cooperation with the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, will sponsor a two phase project to create a report including information on water quality, physical characteristics of the Spirit Reservoir, a water and nutrient budget, data interpretation and recommendations. This project includes Phase Two, which includes tributary assessment and development of a nutrient budget. Project deliverables include: * data collected and analyzed from water quality and major tributary flow data sampling in fall 2004, Winter to fall 2005; * a water and nutrient budget from the tributary data to the reservoir; * a final report - written and electronic, disseminated to DNR, Lincoln County, Wisconsin Valley Improvement Company and libraries. The project final results will be presented at a local meeting (Spirit Reservoir Association).
