The Eau Claire County Land Conservation Division proposes to coordinate a Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) study in the Lake Eau Claire watershed to evaluate the impact of land management decisions on water quality in Lake Eau Claire and Altoona. Major project elements to include: 1) Data collection, 2) Data analysis, 3) Final report.
